ADL-5040 series is a super fine modified acrylate lotion. It is a super fine lotion obtained by soap free polymerization with special material modification through core-shell polymerization theory. The special side chain structure gives the product excellent performance.

Product features:

1. It can be mixed with ethanol, isopropanol and other solvents in any proportion, and its viscosity will only
drop but not rise.
2. Excellent Ca2+stability.
3. No ammonia odor and no odor residue.
4. Grindable color paste, good dispersion of pigment.
5. It can be mixed with our water-based polyurethane dispersion ADL-2000 or ADL-2002, and the comprehensive performance of acrylic lotion and WPUD can be adjusted and utilied by mixing in a certain proportion.
6. The product is a self-crosslinking resin with excellent adhesion and quick -drying property to BOPP and PET.

Product use:
Intaglio plastic film (PET, BOPP, PE, NY) lining and surface printing ink and surface coating, etc.

Precautions:
1. Pay attention to the compatibility of wetting and dispersing agents and defoamers when forming ink formulations.
2. Pay attention to the adjustment of PH value.

Keep in storage:
Store at 5-40C in the dark.
